   Group the API by topic, as pandas does
   (https://pandas.pydata.org/docs/reference/frame.html): set the current
   module to pystiltctl, then give each topic a heading and an
   autosummary table, with ":toctree: _autosummary", of its classes and
   functions. Each class gets a page with tables of its attributes and
   methods, and each member a page of its own
   (_templates/autosummary/class.rst, _ext/api_pages.py). A table of
   modules works too: a module's page lists what it defines. A subclass's
   page links to the members it inherits, so list the base classes as well.
   Until there are topics, the table below lists the package's modules.
