Coordinate reference system with false easting/northing applied. Its x and y are the grid’s axes, rotated grids included: there the central meridian is moved and PROJ’s longitude wrap is off (+over), so give it longitudes within 180 degrees of tangent_lon, where HYSPLIT cuts the projection.
