Decimal places the float labels (the cells’ lat and lon) are rounded to before the problem is built. The prior’s cells come from a regrid and the Jacobian’s from the PYSTILT grid, so the same cell can differ in its last digits; fips 0.1 rounded every float label to 6 decimals, and fips 0.2 rounds only on request.
