slv.inversion.report.summarize

slv.inversion.report.summarize(config, post, problem=None)

Print the fit of the solve, then prior and posterior domain totals.

Totals are per flux interval (calculate_total_flux()) in config.output_units, over every cell of problem (post.problem by default): with the coverage filter on, the cells left out of the solve are at their prior, so both totals cover the full domain. With more than two intervals a linear trend of the posterior is printed.
