slv.measurements.aggregate.aggregate_obs(obs, by=None, freq=None, func='mean', mobile_points=None, mobile_grid_res=None, stationary_min_percent=None, mobile_min_count=None)[source]#

Flexible aggregation for both stationary and mobile sites. - Stationary: group by site, time, and location columns (constant per site) - Mobile: group by spatial point/grid and time (or user grouping) Returns grouped DataFrame with original column names. obs is not modified.

freq may be a fixed frequency (“15min”, “1h”, “1D”) or a calendar one (“W”, “M”); stationary_min_percent needs a fixed one. Mobile rows without a position are left out of the mobile_points match.
