slv.inversion.pipelines.stack_jacobians(parts)

Row-stack the per-project flux Jacobians into one.

parts pairs each STILT project with the Jacobian built from it. Every project is aggregated onto the same state grid and flux time bins, so the columns agree; they are still aligned on their union (missing cells are zero sensitivity) rather than assumed.

A row – an (obs_location, obs_time) – appearing in two projects is an error: it means the same receptor was simulated in both, and there is no principled way to pick one footprint. Remove it from one project’s receptors, or drop that project.
