slv.inversion.pipelines#
The SLV methane inversion: functions that build the fips Problem and solve it.
build_problem() loads (or builds) each component – the obs, the prior, the
background, the flux Jacobian, the prior error and the model-data mismatch – and puts
them together as one problem; run() solves it and reports. Each get_* function
takes the InversionConfig first and is cached by
fips_cache(). The model-data mismatch, the coverage filter
and the reports live in mdm, coverage and report.
Attributes
