slv.inversion.pipelines.filter_state_space(config, obs, prior)

Trim obs and prior to config.time_range, then drop the obs of sparse intervals.

Objects loaded from a wide-range cache are sliced to the run’s time window before anything is built from them. With config.min_obs_per_interval above 1, the obs of a flux interval with fewer obs than that are dropped (the interval’s fluxes stay in the state, constrained by the prior alone).
