a csv_path (the ct_stilt product) is replaced by its path plus size and mtime.

The background and the model-data mismatch key on this instead of background_kwargs, so a CT-STILT CSV rewritten at the same path (a new CarbonTracker version, an extended record) rebuilds them rather than being read stale.
