property InversionConfig.flux_time_bins: IntervalIndex

whole flux_freq periods from tstart to tend.

Raises:

ValueError – If tstart or tend is not on a flux_freq boundary, so whole periods would cover less than tstart..tend: "YS" needs January 1, "QS" the first of a quarter, "MS" the first of a month, "2W" Sundays two weeks apart. The obs of the days left out would have no flux to fit.
