SweepResults.plot_heatmap(param_x, param_y, metric='reduced_chi2', ax=None)[source]#

Heatmap of metric over two swept parameters.

Parameters:

  • param_x (str) – Column names (with or without cfg_ prefix) for the x / y axes.

  • param_y (str) – Column names (with or without cfg_ prefix) for the x / y axes.

  • metric (str) – CSV column to use as cell values (default "reduced_chi2").

  • ax – Existing matplotlib.axes.Axes. If None, creates a figure.
