Median GPS-minus-Pi clock offset (s) per UTC day, from a lin GPS frame.

The Pi had no working real-time clock for most of the record, so its time can be hours to days off. A horel fix can only georeference an LGR row (which carries Pi time) while the two clocks agree, which this measures: see fill_gps_gaps_with_horel().
