uataq read with N_Satellites renamed to N_Sat; rows with LIN_GPS_DROP_FLAGS are removed. Speed_m_s is NA from Dec 2015 to 19 Jan 2018 (GPGGA only), which classify_location() handles via speed_est. Indexed by GPS Time_UTC; Pi_Time is kept for merging with the LGR. Only records while the Pi has train power. num_processes is the number of processes that read the files (passed to uataq.read_data); the frame is the same for any number.
