Named sets of location states kept by load_trax_obs(). on_track reproduces the old route-buffer behaviour (minus shed multipath ejecta, plus pass-bys at the yards); outdoor adds minutes parked outside in a yard; all keeps everything, including indoor (shed) and unknown minutes.
