Cavity-pressure band (torr) the LGR is specified for; the pipeline’s own -63 flag uses the same bounds. It has to be re-checked in the loader because lgr_ugga_qaqc.r assigns flags in sequence, so -64 (cavity T out of range) OVERWRITES -63 on a row that fails both — and -64 is an accepted flag. 360 on-track minutes at 100-135 torr reached obs.parquet that way (2016-12-30/31 and 2017-01-08, the sample line starving; low tail -0.10 ppm).
