slv.measurements.mobile.obs.apply_slope_guard(df, tol=0.05)[source]#

Set CH4 to NaN where CH4d_m differs from the same UTC day’s median slope by more than tol (fraction). df needs Time_UTC, CH4 and CH4d_m; tol=None is a no-op. Days with fewer than 100 sloped rows are left alone (no robust median).
