Footprint.to_netcdf(path)

Write the footprint to a CF-1.8 NetCDF file.

The receptor and footprint settings are stored as global attributes so from_netcdf() can rebuild the object.

Parameters:

path (str | Path) – File to write.

Returns:

The path written to.
