SimulationCollection.sel(*, receptor=None, variant=None, time=None, location=None, where=None)

Return the simulations that match every given filter.

Parameters:

• receptor (str | Iterable[str] | None) – One or more receptor ids.

• variant (str | Iterable[str] | None) – One or more variant names. A realization group’s name (hrrr-err) selects all its realizations.

• time (slice | tuple | str | Timestamp | None) – Receptor filters, as in ReceptorCollection.sel().

• location (str | Iterable[str] | None) – Receptor filters, as in ReceptorCollection.sel().

• where (Callable[[stilt.receptor.Receptor], bool] | None) – Receptor filters, as in ReceptorCollection.sel().

Return type:

SimulationCollection

Raises:

KeyError – If a receptor id or variant name is not in the model. The other filters raise nothing when they match no simulation.
