stilt.Trajectories.from_parquet#

classmethod Trajectories.from_parquet(path, *, columns=None)[source]#

Read trajectories from a Parquet file written by to_parquet().

The receptor, params, and met files are read from the file’s metadata. Stored settings that this version of PYSTILT does not have are ignored.

Parameters:

  • path (str | Path) – Trajectory file.

  • columns (list[str] | None) – Columns to read. All columns by default.

Return type:

Self
