Simulation.transform_context()

Return the TransformContext passed to this simulation’s transforms.

It holds the receptor, the variant name, and the project store, from which a transform can read per-receptor inputs such as an averaging-kernel table. Use it to apply the footprint’s transforms outside generate_footprint().
