slv.measurements.mobile.obs.apply_dropout_rule(df, dropouts, window_min=8)[source]#

Drop rows within window_min minutes of a CH4 laser dropout.

The analyzer does not fail cleanly: on the way into (and out of) a dropout it reads a few per cent to 25 % low for minutes to hours, and everything it reports above 1.70 ppm passes QC. dropouts comes from dropout_times().
