slv.measurements.mobile.obs.dropout_times(support, threshold=1.7)[source]#

Times of atmosphere rows whose unvalidated CH4 is below threshold — laser dropouts.

support is a _read_support() frame (Time_UTC, CH4_raw, ID_CH4). Rows at or above the pipeline’s 1.70 ppm valid minimum are the ones that survive QC, so the dropouts themselves have to be found before validation and used to mask their neighbours (apply_dropout_rule()).
