stilt.Project.add_receptors

Project.add_receptors(receptors)

Add receptors to receptors.csv and return the ids of the new ones.

The file is created if needed, and otherwise only appended to, in its own columns (stilt.receptors.table.append_receptors_csv()). Receptors it already holds are skipped.

Parameters:

receptors (stilt.receptor.Receptor | Iterable[stilt.receptor.Receptor] | str | Path) – Receptors, or the path of a receptors CSV to add them from.

Raises:

ValueError – If a new receptor has the id of a different receptor, since an id names a receptor’s result files.

Return type:

list[str]
