Met.missing_hours(window)

Return the times of the local files that cover window and are not found.

The files files_for() fails for, without raising. Empty when every file is there, and always empty with download, which fetches the files it lacks.

Parameters:

window (tuple[Any, Any]) – The time to cover (run_window()).

Return type:

list[Timestamp]
