Jacobian.to_frame(sparse=False)

Return the matrix as a DataFrame, receptors by columns.

Parameters:

sparse (bool) – Hold the values in pandas’ sparse columns, built from the sparse matrix with no dense copy (DataFrame.sparse). By default they are a dense array.

Return type:

DataFrame
