stilt.execution.pending#

stilt.execution.pending(project, *, receptors=None, task=None, skip_existing=True)[source]#

Return the ids of the receptors a run would run, each once, in project order.

A driver that starts tasks itself writes these to the receptors.txt each task reads (stilt run --receptors).

Parameters:
  • project (Project) – The project.

  • receptors (Iterable[str] | None) – Only these receptors, in this order.

  • task (tuple[int, int] | None) – (i, n): share i of n (task_share()), taken from all the receptors (or all of receptors) before the complete ones are dropped, so the tasks of a job array split the receptors the same way whenever each starts.

  • skip_existing (bool) – Leave out receptors whose simulations are all complete.

Raises:

ValueError – If a receptor in receptors is not in the project.

Return type:

list[str]
