stilt.output.Output.keep_workdir#

Output.keep_workdir(variant, receptor_id, workdir, realization=None)[source]#

Copy a run’s working directory to kept_workdir(), replacing an earlier copy.

A failed run’s is kept, so CONTROL, SETUP.CFG, and the model’s own output can be read after the job ends.
