BatchedTransportModel.run_many(receptors, config, met, windows, workdir=None, timeout=None)

Run many receptors with one config, and return their particles as one table.

The table has a receptor column holding each row’s receptor id, beside the particle columns run() returns. windows[i] is the time receptors[i] covers. A receptor with no rows failed; the others are written. The log and met files are shared by all.

Raises:

SimulationError – When the whole call fails, with the model’s log in log.
